Product presentation
The "our products" section features all of the products that are available for purchase. The featured pictures are non-contractual.
The iD Cook company cannot be held responsible in the event that any errors are present.

Validity of current product offer
The displayed products are available as long as they are still in stock. In the event that an ordered product is no longer available, the customer will be informed of this as soon as possible, by email or by mail.

iD Cook commits to delivering the order as soon as possible, and will ship as soon as the order form is received. In the event of a delay, the buyer does not have the right to cancel the order, to refuse the merchandise or to claim interest or damages.
The buyer bears all risks linked to the product's transport. In the event that goods received are damaged or missing, the buyer will indicate so on the delivery slip and will confirm it within the three days following delivery by sending a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the transport company.
iD Cook cannot be held liable for deliveries subject to force majeure, such as total or partial strikes, floods or fires.
The transfer of ownership of products that are delivered or to be delivered occurs when full payment has been made, without any incidence on the transfer of risk.

The order form lists the reference number of each product. A price grid lists the price and delivery cost of each product.
Ordered products are invoiced at the price that is displayed on the website at the time that the order is recorded.
Nevertheless, iD Cook reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.
Full payment for an order is to be made in advance at the time that the order form is sent to iD Cook.

Right of retraction
According to stipulations made in article L121-16 of the Consumer code, after delivery has been made, customers have a seven day period during which they can return products to iD Cook for an exchange or reimbursement without penalty except for shipping costs to and from the customer. Nevertheless, any products that are returned without their original packaging, or incomplete, or damaged or dirty will not be taken back.

Beyond the legal guarantee against hidden defects, iD Cook guarantees against product defects with the following conditions: in cases where the customer finds a product defect, he or she has one month to return it to iD Cook after it has been delivered.
In order to take advantage of this guarantee, the customer must send, at his or her expense, the product back to iD Cook in its original packaging. iD Cook will reship a new product, at the company's expense, to the address listed on the guarantee slip.
